Deposits
A deposit is required before booking any appointment. This amount may vary based on the size of your project
Deposits are payable in person, online, or by phone. 100% of this amount goes towards the final hour of your tattoo. If you have multiple sessions, it will be applied to your last session
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE between artists and clients
Sending a deposit is you confirming that you have read through and agree to all of our policies
Requirements to get Tattooed
*Failure to meet this criteria at the time of your appointment will forfeit your deposit
Clients must be at least 19 years of age, or be 18 with parental consent
A valid form of government-issued I.D. must be presented at the time of your appointment
Clients will NOT be tattooed if they are:
-under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-pregnant or breastfeeding
-taking blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or antibiotics
-going through fertility treatments
-suffering from hemophilia
-sunburned or having other skin-related conditions that interfere with the tattoo process
Rescheduling
No shows, cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, or arriving 15 or more minutes late to your appointment time will forfeit your deposit to compensate for your artist’s loss of income for the day
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please book an alternative date within 30 days of cancelling. Clients are granted up to 3 reschedules per project
In the event of an emergency occurring within 48 hours of your appointment time, please provide proof within 24 hours following the time of cancellation to preserve your deposit
Touch ups
Clients may have 1 free retouch within a year of their appointment date, provided they have followed all aftercare instructions and the tattoo wasn’t done on a body part that is naturally at a higher risk of fading
Clients failing to adhere to the rescheduling policy during their free retouch appointment may be charged for future retouches
We do not guarantee the ink retention of tattoos done on hands, wrists, feet, neck, or any flexion point due to these areas being naturally prone to fading. It is not recommended to get soft or ultra-fine illustrative work in these locations as it will likely not stay or fade significantly
Clients who do not follow our aftercare instructions or receive tattoos in an area prone to fading will be charged a retouch fee starting at $50 (+GST) and increase based on the amount of work required
Design Changes
Artists will not begin designing until a deposit has been received
Designs are prepared the Sunday before your appointment begins. Any significant requests made after this deadline may result in a drawing fee being added to the service
Designs will be available to view at the start of your appointment and will not be sent out in advance
There will be time set aside at the start of every appointment to allow for minor changes to the design. Major or complete design changes made at the time of your appointment may result in rescheduling or an additional drawing fee at the discretion of your artist

Please note that no cash is kept on the premises. Please be prepared to pay the exact amount or e-transfer if necessary
